To preserve the quality of your linens, we recommend machine washing at 40°C with a mild detergent, avoiding bleach, and tumble drying on a low heat setting to maintain fiber integrity.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150, while a flat rate applies to smaller orders depending on your location.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used bedding items cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to over 20 countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the parcel.
