Returns & Exchanges

At Carré Blanc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home linens. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unused items back into their original Carré Blanc packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned linens, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
